Our philosophy is not always to rush headlong into costly litigation (although sometimes this is inevitable to preserve the position of the client) but to explore all the alternatives first, such as negotiation, arbitration and mediation.

If all else fails, and your case does have to go to court, our litigation team will carefully consider all the evidence and advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of your case. If we think you have a sustainable case, we will tell you. If you don’t, we will also tell you!

The costs of litigation will vary, depending on both the nature of the problem and the method by which the dispute is to be resolved.

We will discuss these costs at our first meeting with you and wherever possible will submit draft terms of business to you before this first interview.
